Welcome to Fishermen Select Seafood Ltd. (“Fishermen Select,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from www.fishermenselect.ca, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Policy

  • Orders are prepared based on availability and are intended for next-day pickup unless otherwise specified.

  • We are unable to hold orders for more than 48 hours from the originally scheduled pickup date.

  • After this period, we cannot guarantee product quality or availability, and your order may be considered forfeited without refund.


2. Live Product Policy

  • We take great care in selecting only the freshest and highest quality seafood, including live shellfish.

  • In the rare event that an item intended to be alive is not upon pickup, we require:

    • Notification within 4 hours of pickup, and

    • Clear photos of the product to verify the issue.

  • Claims received after the 4-hour window may not be eligible for review.


3. Refunds and Replacements

  • All refund or replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • We strive to be fair and reasonable, but due to the perishable nature of seafood, we cannot guarantee refunds for all concerns.

  • Our goal is customer satisfaction, and we will always work with you to find an appropriate resolution whenever possible.


4. Product Availability and Substitutions

  • Inventory is subject to market availability and seasonal conditions. We may offer substitutions if a product is unavailable, but we will notify you before making any changes to your order.


5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery, unless otherwise arranged.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Fishermen Select is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from improper handling or storage of seafood after it has been picked up or delivered.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to store seafood safely and consume it within the recommended timeframe.
